The year 2024 will have again seen numerous share price drops on the market for Real Estate Investment Companies (SCPI). 17 SCPIs thus saw their prices depreciate last year. For 4 of them, Primopierre of Praemia, Laffitte Pierre of AEW Patrimoine, Accimmo Pierre of BNP Paribas and Génépierre of Amundi Immobilier, it was even the second decline of the year and the third, even fourth since 2023. 4 other funds from the La Française group then cut their price at the beginning of January 2025.

Faced with these declines, which could go up to 20% in 2024, we have, conversely, identified 10 SCPIs having increased their subscription prices over the past year. The scale of these price increases is much more modest, often around +1% but could go up to +5%. An SCPI (Epsilon 360 from Epsicap) even carried out two price increases last year.
