Bahian defender Ítalo is back in Russia to continue his season with FK Ural. Due to the weather, the Russian football league takes a break in early December, resuming activities in February. Ítalo spent some time in Brazil to rest.
“It’s always nice to spend time in Brazil. It’s good to meet family and friends and relax a little in our country. Now it’s time to come back to work with all our energy to achieve our goals,” Ítalo said.
Also playing as a left back, Ítalo is building a solid career in European football. In his third season abroad, including one in Portugal and two in Russia, he has already racked up 50 appearances in Europe. In Brazil, Ítalo never represented a Bahia team, having started his career at Figueirense and also playing for São Bernardo before leaving the American continent.
