An elderly man, his wife and their son died today, Monday, inside their house in the town of Hammam Lif, in the governorate of Ben Arous, from poisoning, the first data of which indicate that it was caused by a domestic gas leak.

The regional director of civil protection in Ben Arous, Nejmeddine Belhaj Mohamed, told the Tunis Afrique Presse Agency that the region’s civil protection intervention and relief teams intervened as soon as they were informed of the accident.
