A fire broke out last night, around 4:45 a.m. in a three-story building located on Avenue de Ninove in Jemelle. The fire started in the attic and quickly spread throughout the building. The damage is very significant since the 11 apartments are uninhabitable.
The Dinaphi rescue zone intervened, the Ores services also went to the site, as did the mayor.
A reception center was set up in the Jemelle village hall to welcome evacuated residents.
