Biathlon World Cup – Italian Tommaso Giacomel creates a surprise and wins the Ruhpolding mass start

Giacomel won the first victory of his career in the World Cup in Bavaria, at the age of 24, thanks to a flawless shot (20/20) in the rifle.

Johannes Boe, who took two penalty laps after missing two targets, failed at 11.4 seconds, Laegreid (19/20) finished at 6.3 seconds.
