CAIRO/JERUSALEM (Reuters) – An Israeli official told Reuters on Sunday that Israel had received a list of Gaza hostages to be released by Hamas on Sunday, allowing the peace accord to come into effect. ceasefire.
The three female hostages to be released are Romi Gonen, Doron Steinbrecher and Emily Damari, according to a Hamas statement.
Israel, for its part, has not yet revealed the names of the three hostages.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had conditioned the application of the ceasefire agreement between the Jewish state and Hamas, which was to come into force at 6:30 a.m. GMT, on the publication of this list of hostages .
According to Benjamin Netanyahu’s office, the ceasefire came into effect at 11:15 a.m. local time, or 9:15 a.m. GMT.

This office also announces that four other hostages will be released in seven days.
