Images broadcast by the operational headquarters of the Krasnador region on Telegram messaging on January 17 and 18 show the construction of an access route around a Russian tanker in distress in the Black Sea and the kidnapping of thick masses of oil. Since two old Russian oil tankers were caught in a storm in the Kerch Strait on December 15, heavy fuel oil has washed up on hundreds of kilometers of beaches along Russia’s southern coast and on the annexed peninsula of Crimea.
