Clara Direz obtains the last French ticket for the super-G in Cortina d’Ampezzo which will take place this Sunday. The skier from Les Saisies will discover the discipline in the World Cup.
There was still one ticket available for the World Cup super-G in Cortina d’Ampezzo. Romane Miradoli, Laura Gauché, Karen Clément and Camille Cerutti were already certain to participate but the European Cup in Zauchensee was to determine the last Frenchwoman.
By taking 3rd place in Austria, her first podium in the discipline, the giant Clara Direz is promoted and will compete in her first World Cup super-G on Sunday. A great reward after convincing results on the secondary circuit.
