United States President Joe Biden warned Wednesday evening in a farewell speech against an “oligarchy taking shape” in America, a few days before Donald Trump’s return to the White House.

The Democratic leader also warned in this final address to the Nation of a “dangerous concentration of powers in the hands of a handful of ultra-rich people”.
-The president also warned of the “avalanche of disinformation” under which Americans are “buried” and which risks leading to an “abuse of power.”
In this final address to the Nation, a few days before the return to the White House of his Republican and conservative rival Donald Trump, the Democratic leader also denounced “powerful forces” which threaten progress in the fight against climate change.
