In recent weeks, leaks have multiplied around Nintendo’s next console. We were able to see its design at CES via models offered by prop makers, or even photos of the new joycons with magnetic attachments as well as the external shells of the machine.
The internals of the Switch 2 was also exposed with the new chip Tegra T239 which should make it possible to offer new generation games up to 4K with support for upscalling DLSS from Nvidia.
On Reddit, user Hakouel recently shared an exchange with gaming store Micromania who claimed that the console would be offered at 399€ at launch, with games sold between 69 et 79€.
Micromania would have indicated that the launch catalog of the machine would be composed of at least 25 jeux. We should also focus on an increase in the price of the Nintendo Switch Online subscription. A special edition of the console would also be offered with a game.
According to the latest rumors shared by insiders, the Switch 2 could be revealed tomorrow, the January 16, 2025 with pre-orders open immediately.
