The lawyer for the 28-year-old accused from Terrebonne, Me Hugo Caissy, indicated that he wanted to start discussions with his colleague from the public prosecutor’s office, Me Marie-Pier Chicoine-Côté, before taking a position.
Judge James Rondeau accepted the postponement, but mentioned that the file should move forward in February, since the file was at a 7e appearance at court.
The parties wish the case to follow that of co-accused Lickenson Grégoire.
Arrested on warrant
Racine was the subject of an arrest warrant from the Sûreté du Québec last July. She appeared for the first time on July 23.

A police operation was launched with the aim of locating the suspect vehicle on the various roads of Bas-Saint-Laurent, where Doxanne-Maherline Racine and Likenson Grégoire were intercepted on route 132 in the Notre-Dame-des sector. -Snows.
