After the departure of Ulysses during the last prime, there are only four left competing in the Star Academy. The big winner of this edition is therefore among Ebony, Franck, Charles and Marine. But before knowing his identity during the final which will be broadcast on TF1 on Saturday January 25, 2025, we look back at an incident which marked the last evening: Charles’ discomfort behind the scenes. While the students still in the running received a visit from Arnaud Tsamère at the Château de Dammarie-les-Lys, this is an opportunity to give him some news.
Arnaud Tsamère knows the scene well. While he was playing Cyrano de Bergerac, the actor injured his knee… Enough to force him to stop a performance. For his part, Charles was the victim of a moment of hesitation in mid-prime. “I felt unwell on Saturday. This is the first time this has happened to me, vagal discomfort.”he confides. And to explain further: “My hands were tingling, I was starting to see stars, ears closing and everything, and I didn’t understand what was happening. It’s okay that it was during an ad and luckily Ebony reacted.“And after that, what happened to Charles?”I found myself five minutes later, legs in the air. And then 10 minutes later I had to go back on set. This is where I wrote my text. It’s not easy”reveals the one who had been called to order by Nikos Aliagas.
Star Academy: In addition to Charles’ discomfort, Ebony was also in pain
Charles is not the only one to have suffered during last Saturday’s prime. Indeed, Ebony says she felt bad: “It was at the opening when I sang, I really wanted to vomit and I fought when I was doing my notes. I was at the end of my life, it got worse. I felt like my heart was beating too hard and it was pressing on my stomach.“But ultimately, the one whose father is a real star of the 2000s was able to pull herself together.”I had something: if I vomit, it’s a total shame“, she said to herself. Two events which were taken very seriously by the production, on alert. This is how the day after this evening rich in emotion, Marlène Schaff took the time to prepare the students possible moments of stress or hesitation before going on stage.
