[VIDÉOS] Hostage taking in “Indefensible”: Max plays the heroes, Danielle and Léo in a state of shock

The tactical intervention group ultimately did not have to enter the court room where criminal lawyers Danielle Alain (Maxim Roy) and Léo MacDonald (Sébastien Delorme) were held hostage by the unstable special constable Marc Fichaud (Hugo Dubé ).

Max (Mathieu Baron), who was believed to have been shot at the end of the one-hour special episode that aired Monday – in fact, he was wearing a bulletproof vest! –, Fichaud managed to reason, who handed him his weapon.

A former police officer, Fichaud wanted to kill Danielle and Léo’s client, biker Jeffrey Blondin (Anthony Therrien), accused of having murdered a double agent to whom he was close. Fichaud is now in danger himself, with Blondin’s father, tough guy Dylan Blondin (Patrice Godin), having put a price on his head.

Does Mélodie know her father well?

After all these emotions – Danielle and Léo escaped unscathed, but were very shaken – Max was finally able to warn the members of the Lapointe, MacDonald & Nolin firm of the astonishing discovery he made about Morris Simpson ( AngeLo Cadet).

The latter is, in fact, the father of Mélodie (Naïla Louidort), the firm’s intern. Simpson, who is a criminal who changed his coat to become a civilian undercover police officer, is preparing to testify against Jeffrey Blondin.​

This means that the young woman can no longer assist Danielle and Léo in the trial of Blondin, their client, in order to avoid any appearance of conflict of interest. At the office, we are now wondering if Mélodie can continue her internship there.

As for Max and M^e Nolin (Julie Trépanier), they decide to continue exploring their attraction to each other, so we are treated to a new love story. Max will finally turn the page on his relationship with M^e Desjardins (Anne-Élisabeth Bossé).
