At the end of 2024, Quentin Hébert and Victor Geldhof, partners in the company HG La Concess, which they created two years ago, received a prize in the premises of the Ministry of Rural Affairs in Paris. The know-how and sectors prize, awarded as part of the Innovating in the countryside competition of the Initiatives France network. Four winners were selected from 124 candidate entrepreneurs.
Agricultural tools for working the soil
Established for almost a year in an exhibition space in Tronquay, the young partners design and manufacture soil working tools. We have expanded our range to twenty-five tools, and soon twenty-nine. We have sold fifty machines to thirteen dealers in a territory stretching from Lille to Fougères

Initially, we were helped by Initiatives Calvados and this prize of honor rewards our work, our experience in the agricultural sector
, recognize these business leaders, part-time farmers. The competition jury distinguished their projects whose impact is positive on the territories and the environment, with strong growth potential.
The company offers French design and European construction tools (Germany, Poland, Italy). Agronomy is at the heart of our project,
they recall. We offer
solutions for farmers to protect the soil from compaction with good aeration and good water infiltration. This helps guarantee life and therefore biodiversity in the soil.
