Météo France today placed the Côte-d’Or department on alert for a risk of freezing rain from 3 p.m. until around midnight.
The disturbance will cross the department and could cause slippery snow and ice phenomena before the mild spell sets in during the night from Saturday to Sunday.
These freezing rains could cause difficult traffic conditions.

➢ Prepare your trip and your itinerary. Remember to equip your vehicle with special equipment and take food and blankets
➢ Respect the traffic restrictions and diversions put in place.
➢ Facilitate the passage of road and highway clearing equipment, in particular by parking your vehicle outside the traffic lanes.
➢ Protect yourself from falls and protect others by clearing the snow and salting the sidewalks in front of your home, while avoiding obstructing water drains.
