The Ukrainian general staff says it recorded 92 fights between Ukrainians and Russians on Friday. As for several weeks, three localities in the Donetsk oblast appear to be the main objective of Russian forces.

The Ukrainian army struck a Russian command post in the Kursk region, according to local media. Kyiv says the attack was aimed at weakening Russia’s ability to carry out terrorist acts against Ukrainian civilians. Ukraine also shot down two Russian helicopters and damaged another in a maritime drone attack.

As for several weeks, three localities located in the Donetsk oblast seem to be the main objective of the Russian forces: Pokrovsk, Kurakhove and Vremivka, key logistical nodes for the Ukrainian army.
At the same time, Russia launched a ballistic missile attack on the city of Chernihiv. One person was killed and four others injured, according to local authorities. Other strikes also targeted the regions of Kherson, Donetsk and Zaporizhia, leaving a total of four dead and six injured.
