The France Télévisions host has finally agreed to take the plunge after having so far refused TF1’s proposals.

A deal concluded just before the New Year. Since November 28, TF1 has been gradually announcing the names of the celebrities who will make up the cast of season 14 of “Dancing with the Stars”. After the athletes Florent Manaudou and Adil Rami, the Star Academician Lénie, the actress Charlotte de Turkheim and the Miss France 2024 Eve Gilles, it is Sophie Davant who will take part in the competition in the coming weeks, as the channel has made official on December 31. The flagship figure of France Télévisions will therefore deviate from public service to try out cha-cha-cha and rumba with his partner (for the moment unknown) in prime time on the front page.
“I finally accepted”
The day after this announcement, the one who also heads a weekend radio show on Europe 1, took to Instagram to express her enthusiasm for this new adventure. “It’s been years since the production asked me to participate in ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and I finally accepted.”said the one who had until now hesitated to take the step of this intense experience. “Personal, physical and mental challenge… I hope to live up to the demands of this adventure”, she added, aware of the efforts needed to provide quality services on the floor.

Caroline Margeridon “moral coach” of Sophie Davant
