According to Frandroid, Disney will offer a new subscription offer for its Disney+ streaming platform as of January 3 at an extremely competitive price.
If the media's information is correct, Disney should offer a subscription offer to its Disney+ service at only €1.99/month.
This new subscription formula would of course include numerous advertising breaks and would include some restrictions: no question of sharing your account with a friend, the subscription would support a maximum of two screens simultaneously within the same household, no downloads no no longer for offline mode or 4K. We would have to be satisfied here with a 1080p display.
Still, for small budgets and young people who exclusively consume content on their smartphone, the offer could prove very interesting.
A priori, this would be a test for Disney, which would have planned to keep this price for a period of at least one year.
