The ADIL of Haute-Saône and the Territoire de has just been brought to the baptismal font.

Serge Toulot, administrator at SACICAP de Franche-Comté, has just been unanimously elected president of the board of directors of ADIL 70-90 (Agence D'Information Logement de la Haute-Saône et du Territoire de Belfort), during the general assembly for the installation of the new agency, which took place within the Departmental Council of Haute-Saône in the presence of Renaud Nury, secretary general of the prefecture of the Territory of Belfort, Véronique Grandjean, Departmental Advisor, Ms. Conan, director of ANIL, head of the network of 81 ADILs covering 89 departments.

ADIL has been established in Haute-Saône since 1979.

At the joint initiative of the Departmental Council and the State, the public authorities wanted to extend its action for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Territoire de Belfort. It is now done.

Sixty-seven members make up ADIL 70-90 with ex officio members: the State, the Departmental Councils of Haute-Saône and the Territoire de Belfort, the Associations of Mayors of of Haute-Saône and the Territoire de Belfort, as well as representatives of the three colleges: providers of goods and services contributing to housing, user movements and public authorities and local authorities.

It has been more than two years since this creation of ADIL 70-90 was launched. Serge Toulot recalled “the interest of an interdepartmental agency”, before discussing the range of information it can provide in terms of rental, financing, contracts, co-ownership, insurance and relationships with professionals.

“ADIL's mission is to inform as many people as possible in a neutral, objective and free manner on the legal, financial and tax aspects of housing,” recalls Sandra Viennet, director.

ADIL 70-90 aims to carry out 800 consultations in the Territoire de Belfort and 5,600 consultations for Haute-Saône.

“At a time when housing, with the issue of charges, is a concern for the majority of our fellow citizens, I have no doubt that the new ADIL 70-90 will be able to provide information and advice to residents,” underlined Serge Toulot.

The opening to the public of the Territoire de Belfort site is planned for early 2025, 8 place de la Révolution Française in Belfort, on the ground floor of the DDT with offices in Delle, Giromagny and Valdoie to be as close as possible to needs of territorial households.
