Here is the result of the night of New Year 2025: four vehicles burned in Aulnay-sous-Bois. On her Facebook page Séverine Maroun, first deputy in charge of security in particular, expressed her anger at a fire perpetrated in front of the gas station in the Chanteloup district. The presence of homes and gas cylinders near a fire source obviously puts residents in the area in danger.
At the national level, the results of New Year's Eve 2025 have also just fallen: 984 vehicles burned, 420 people arrested and 310 police custody recorded according to data provided by the Ministry of the Interior (see the BFM TV article here).
The newspaper Le Figaro also mentions mortar fire near the municipal police premises in Blanc-Mesnil. In addition, following an inspection of the common areas of a building in Aulnay-sous-Bois, the police seized three mortars, 200 grams of cannabis resin as well as two fake BB gun-type weapons (see there). Finally, the police were also targeted in Saint-Denis (projectile throwing) and Montreuil (mortar fire).
