iPhone SE 4: Leaks reveal price higher than iPhone SE 3

  • The iPhone SE 4 could cost less than $500 (to be confirmed in )
  • Prices will vary from country to country
  • A slight increase in price compared to the iPhone SE 3 is likely

While we eagerly await the appearance of the iPhone SE 4 – March 2025 appears to be a likely launch window – new information has just emerged regarding a potential price, information that lines up perfectly with previous rumors.

According to famous tipster Eyes1122 (via @Jukanlosreve), the price should be less than $500 in the United States (around 480 euros). This would represent an increase of around 16-17% over the starting price of the current model, a price estimate already mentioned before.

TechRadar's review of the iPhone SE (2022) recalls that the 3rd generation version of this phone started at €529, although it is reasonable to expect price fluctuations, especially if its successor arrives three years later.

And this concerns the 64 GB version – it is possible that the new iPhone SE 4 will start directly with 128 GB of internal storage. An iPhone SE (2022) with 128GB of storage currently costs €579, which might be a fairer comparison with this latest price leak, and would imply a much more moderate increase.

A modern iPhone SE

Of course, international currency conversion rates will play a role here, as usual. The same tipster predicts a starting price of more than 800,000 won in South Korea – much higher than the current price of 650,000 won.

In other words, the price of iPhone SE 4 could vary depending on the country and its current economic situation. Apple will obviously do everything possible to keep prices attractive, given that this is the “accessible” option in the iPhone range.

It looks like this will be the first iPhone SE with a modern design – with Face ID in place of Touch ID and the home button. Rumors indicate that the upcoming model will closely follow the design of 2022's iPhone 14.

The device was also presented as being able to integrate a dedicated Apple chip for Wi-Fi and 5G, information confirmed by Eyes1122 in this latest leak. This could allow Apple to reduce costs with this in-house part, but it remains to be seen whether this saving will be passed on to consumers.
