Christian Bodin's birthdays have always turned into a fiasco! But this year, for her son's 50th birthday, Maria Bodin is determined to make this day an unforgettable moment.
While Christian is busy on the farm, going fishing with his best friend or preparing (again) to take his driving test for the fifth time, Maria is busy organizing everything. Nothing stops him: ordering meat from a caterer who has become vegan, recruiting a DJ whose jargon is completely incomprehensible, and even consulting a psychic to ensure that everything will go as planned!

The banquet promises to be grandiose, with all the friends and artists that Christian adores. But a major challenge remains: finding the perfect gift. And why not… a girlfriend?
Maria will stop at nothing to please her son, even if surprises (and unforeseen events) are sure to spice up the preparations!
