Improbable but true, “Carpool Karaoke” is back! The famous musical segment hosted by James Corden ended in April 2023 with Adele. This time, it’s Zane Lowe, host and presenter for Apple , who takes his place behind the wheel of a car for a special Christmas episode (“A Carpool Karaoke Christmas” broadcast on Apple +) focused around three of the biggest popstars who marked the year: Dua Lipa, Chappell Roan and Lady Gaga. Each of their sides, they sang Christmas classics (“Last Christmas” by Wham!, “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town”) as well as their recent hits (“Disease”, “Hot to Go…) and was entitled to beautiful gifts, for Lady Gaga, it was her idol who joined her in the car for a rock’n’roll ride.

Who ? Brian Johnson, the iconic singer of AC/DC with whom Lady Gaga gave vocals on “Highway To Hell”. The opportunity for the popstar to reveal a little secret that surprised all Internet users: Lady Gaga was an extra in the AC/DC music video “Stiff Upper Lip”, released in 2000 when she was only 17 years old. Indeed, we can see it furtively, 2 minutes and 26 seconds on the YouTube video below, in which the Australian rockers improvise a mini-concert in a New York alley.
