Everything happened on the evening of Friday December 27, 2024: a house fire declared in Rouessé-Vassé, a commune bordering Sillé-le-Guillaume in northern Sarthe.
A house fire in a town in northern Sarthe
The house fire took place from 8:50 p.m. on December 27, 2024 in Rouessé-Vassé, a town located in northern Sarthe, a few steps from Mayenne.
It’s rue du Bourgneuf, in a two-story buildingthat the fire broke out.
It was finally extinguished using a fire hose.
20 firefighters on site
There is no no injuries due to the fire, according to the Sarthe Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS 72).
The house fire required the arrival of seven machines on site, with 20 firefighters mobilized from the intervention centers of Sillé-le-Guillaume, Tennie and Conlie.
