This year, it was a tea party which brought together the residents of the nursing home and their families in the magnificently decorated large room. The director Elsa Fleyfel, Françoise Tibau municipal councilor representing the mayor and Marie Flores-Campsolinas responsible for the CCAS (Communal Social Action Center) were keen to attend. For more than an hour, Alain and Cécilia, from the duo Succès fous, presented a remarkable and dynamic animation entitled The 60s, 70s, 80s. They offered the public and the staff an exciting moment. Whether they performed as a duo or solo, accompanying themselves on the synthetic piano, songs by Charles Trenet, Tino Rossi, France Gall, Sacha Distel, handclaps accompanied them. At the end of each, they were acclaimed, proof that this musical period is considered formidable. A few caregivers, wearing Christmas hats, made residents dance individually, or led them in a joyful round. This show having whetted everyone's appetite, the excellent snack prepared by the chef and his team was very welcome. Christmas logs, pastries, pancakes, waffles, accompanied by thirst-quenching drinks, were savored with obvious pleasure.
After sharing this festive and joyful moment, the time for “goodbyes” arrived, not without thanking Philippe Fernandez, the host, for organizing this recreational musical snack.
