The son of Krypton is back and with him a new adventure that promises to redefine superhero cinema. The first trailer for the new film by Supermandirected by James Gunncelebrates the iconic DC hero with a modern and nostalgic approach.
Playing Clark Kent/Superman is David Corensweta relatively new face and highly praised by the director. At his side we find Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, alongside a stellar cast that includes Nicholas Hoult come Lex Luthor, Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern, Isabela Merced come Hawkgirl ed Edi Gathegi in the shoes of Mister Terrific.
Among the memorable passages that of Superman walking through a hostile crowd with calm and determination. The trailer closes with a touching image of Superman and Lois Lane, hand in hand, looking into the future. With classic elements and an innovative approach James Gunn promises to celebrate the myth of Superman respecting his legacy and looking to the future.
The film will debut in theaters onJuly 11, 2025a new beginning for the DC Universe and among the candidates for cinematic event of the year.
