TODI – Born to celebrate the birthday of Beverly Pepper, the artist who chose Todi as the city to live and work, “Spazio talk, women today: challenges and future visions”. A moment of exchange and participation, promoted by the Pepper Foundation, a space for sharing ideas and visions. “We felt the need to create a space in which Art is aggregation – states Elisa Veschini, president of the Foundation – it is strength active in the construction and development of the community. Community that advances together by putting listening and dialogue at the center”. Thus was born Spazio Talk which on Saturday 21st, at 5pm in the hall of the Beverly Pepper Progetti Foundation, in via Valle Inferiore, will see the participation of Rossella Vasta, artist and director of the Pieve International School, Elena Corradi, visual artist, Alessandra Improveti, teacher and deputy director at the specialization school in Historical and Artistic Heritage of the University of Perugia and Anna Maria Balsano, jurist and collector. The meeting will be moderated by Arianna Bettarelli, curator of the Foundation. Having come close to the title of Italian Capital of Contemporary Art, on which the Foundation worked together with the municipal administration by presenting a complex dossier, the city will continue to be a point of reference for all lovers of the contemporary: thanks to the road opened by Beverly, not to case, many artists over the years have honored Todi with their presence and their works, from Piero Dorazio to Alighiero Boetti, Nicolas Carone and the Irishman Brian O’Doherty, owner of the Casa Dipinta, now donated to the Municipality and included in the circuit of municipal spaces.
