The American director and producer is counting down to the launch of the first official teaser of the long-awaited cinecomic. In the clip everyone looks up, among the clouds, into the blue sky, at the point where the superhero is taking flight

Supermanthe long-awaited film by James Gunn targata DC Studios and distributed by Warner Bros., will debut at the cinema in the summer of 2025, precisely on 11 July, but it is a safe bet that the months that separate us from the release of the feature film will be full of surprises and above all of previews.
After the release of the first poster of the film featuring the actor David Corenswet in the role of the protagonist Clark Kent/Superman, a few hours after the distribution of the first teaser trailer, announced for Thursday 19 December, arrives a new clip to mark the countdown to the film and raises the expectations of fans of the genre.
The assembly, published to James Gunn and available online on DC’s official channels, leverages the wonder and amazement at the hero’s appearance.
The theme is the same as the previous poster: “Look Up”and I invite you to look up.

In the clip the hero is seen from behind

James Gunn is perhaps more impatient than Superman fans (readers of DC comics and fans of stories on the big and small screen) for the release of Supermanthe film that until recently had as its title Superman: Legacy and which marks his debut in the DC universe and also the return of the character to the DC Universe, the cinematic universe of characters born on the pages of DC Comics.
The director, screenwriter and film producer, who with his updates has been the point of reference for the public and professionals during the long seasons of pre-production and processing of the film, is now more active than ever in communicating all the latest news on the feature film.
Ahead of its July release, Warner Bros. has turned the spotlight on the release of the primo teaser trailer of which there is already an official clip that previews the images.
The clip, who calls it “Teaser Trailer Tomorrow,” lasts thirty seconds in totalenough time to make that segment of the public that already has very high expectations about the film dream.
Il protagonist is shown from behindlet’s see the back of the head andiconic cape as it flies towards Earth.
His arrival is accompanied by the amazement and wonder of all the Earthlings and the editing alternates the faces of the latter, all turned upwards, and the blue clouds where the hero moves.
Among the faces of those who have remained down to earth we can clearly see that of Rachel Brosnahan, the new Lois Lane of the big screen.
The first images reveal a product created with the care of those who know the universe they are telling well, complete with vivid colors that recall the period atmosphere of the original story.

James Gunn’s video message

Before posting the clip with previews of the film on Instagram (on his profile which has over two million eight hundred thousand followers), James Gunn sent a video message to fans to talk more about the feature film.
The author, standing, said: “This project is much more than another film for me it is a story about humanity and what it means to be a hero in a world that makes it difficult to be one”.
Still looking into the room, he mentioned “le incredible performances di David Corenswet, Rachel Brosnahan Nicholas Hoult e of the entire cast”. And he concluded: “I can’t wait for you to see it”.
