Laying hen rating
The supply is reduced, with reforms still few in number, especially as the prix of the eggs remain high. Some also slaughter festive poultrywhich nevertheless fulfills the schedules. This is not everywhere the case for the start of the coming year. Some abattoirs are therefore on purchases, sometimes with zero stocks. Enough to revive the rating of the South of the country by a few cents.
