For eleven years, Le Maine Libre and the Sarthe departmental council have organized each year the “Talents of Sarthe” which highlight the Sarthois who have distinguished themselves.
One of the categories is dedicated to schools and will reward the best project from a class (school or college) in the Sarthe department. The prize, accompanied by surprises, will be awarded during an evening organized on Tuesday January 28, 2025.
For the past month, schools have been able to apply by sending us a text explaining the project carried out, photos of the students and the contact details of the referring teacher. In order to allow as many people as possible to participate, an additional period of time is granted until Friday December 13, 2024 inclusive.

Previous winners
During the Talents de la Sarthe 2022, it was the children of the Petits Hêtres de Beaufay school who lifted the first trophy. A reward which saluted their work of remembrance in favor of a Righteous Among the Nations.
The following year, for the Talents de la Sarthe 2023, the Frère-André school group from Saint-Calais stood out for its organization of sporting and cultural events throughout the year on Paralympism.
