No action was taken against the Nantes club. The DNCG even lifted the supervision of the club's payroll (€50 million) which had been ordered during its previous hearing before the commission, in June.
President Kita, who should have to reinject around 40 million euros at least to complete the season, provided sufficient bank guarantees to the financial body.
