Rhône: In Extenso Finance is evolving its governance
In Extenso Finance, a subsidiary of the Lyon-based In Extenso group, recently announced a change in governance. Thus, Christophe Del Toso and Yoann Melloul were appointed general managers.
Chez In Extenso Finance, Christophe Del Toso has held the position of associate director since 2022, in charge of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Yoann Melloul He has been working as an associate director in charge of developing and leading regional teams for two years within this company specializing in consulting, financial engineering and support for merger-acquisition and financing.
The two men will have the mission of leading the management committee made up of Alexandre Briand, Jessy-Laure Carol, Bernard Cendrier and Guillaume Hoppenot. The presidency will be played by Antoine de Riedmatten, chairman of the board of directors of the In Extenso group. The latter replaces Christophe Estivin.
