It was in October 2023 that the founder of Cirque du Soleil had put his impressive house up for sale for the tidy sum of $13,880,000.

Now, a little over a year later, the castle with 50 rooms and nestled on the side of Mount Royal is still displayed on Centris, and the asking price has decreased slightly.

In fact, rather than the $13,880,000 initially requested, the new price displayed is $12,750,000.

The sumptuous residence was built in 1930, then renovated and enlarged. Among the 50 rooms, scattered over five floors, there are eight bedrooms.
