Several fire brigade vehicles as well as the National Police and GRDF agents have been mobilized since this morning of Wednesday November 27, 8:45 a.m., to intervene on rue de Nantes, in Fougères (Ille-et-Vilaine).
In this street, major road work began last week, at the initiative of the town hall.
A one-way direction of traffic has also been set up on this street (downward direction, towards the exit of the city).
According to initial observations, a gas leak was detected.
Traffic is closed in the downward direction of rue de Nantes, from the intersection with rue du Beau Vallon. Work continues upstream of the closed site.
