The farmers have not yet arrived in front of the prefecture but the police are already well in place.
What are their demands?
As a reminder, the FNSEA (National Federation of Farmers' Unions) and JA 44 (Young Farmers of Loire-Atlantique) unions are calling for “economic and cash flow measures”, a “drastic” administrative simplification, “to be able to make a living from their profession” and want an end to “European and global inconsistencies”.
“The solutions proposed are not up to the challenge that awaits farmers,” they denounced in the press.
