Tours FC brilliantly qualified for the 32nd finals of the Coupe de France after a deserved 3-0 success against Cesson, a team which plays in a higher division (N3). There was no need to arrive late at the Cher Valley since the Ciel et Noir opened the scoring in the second minute of play through Noah Randazzo, who pushed the ball into Cesson's empty goal, after having countered the clearance of the Breton goalkeeper. Tours FC doubled the lead after half an hour of play, thanks to a goal from their striker Abiola Badirou. Bryan Bergougnoux's men could have even increased the score before half-time but Noah Randazzo saw his shot deflected by the post. It was finally Irshad Abdallah, who entered the game, who sealed his team's success with a superb free kick.
