Anaïs does not seem ready to give up on her dreams. In Here it all beginsthis Tuesday, November 26, the young woman has difficulty adapting to her hearing aids and announces to Milan that she wants to stop cooking. Panicked, Milan goes to the management office to inform Teyssier and Clotilde, informing them that Anaïs is preparing to leave her position as head of Double A. He then suggests to management to allow the young woman to lead a service in order to show them that solutions can be put in place. The director accepts.
When she goes to Double A to greet her brigade, Anaïs is surprised to see her insist that she lead one last service, suggesting that she remove her hearing aids and rely on communication via an application that translates everything in real time. The young woman agrees to take up the challenge. However, reality quickly catches up with her and she finds herself overwhelmed by events. When she puts her equipment back in, she realizes that she has burned a dish, that a plate has been sent to the dining room with a marinade that is too acidic and that a gastronomic critic expresses his disappointment to Teyssier. If the latter explains that Anaïs is not in the best form, the critic signs a negative article.
