Since a historic peak reached in mid-March 2022, after two years of constant growth, the GNR prices in France is subject to high volatility. After a downward trend recorded from the end of September 2023, it started to rise again at the end of 2023 and is still recording high volatility in the first half of 2024, in the wake of that of oil.

As of June 21, 2024, the average GNR price including tax recorded by the Ministry of Ecology is €1.2750/l, an increase of €0.0316/l compared to the price recorded last week.
The cost including tax of 1,000 liters of GNR has thus increased by almost €31.6 in one week, and by more than €45 in one month.
Every week, the Ministry of Ecology publishes the prices of fuels, including non-road diesel used by farmers.
