The Champs-Élysées are reserved for pedestrians one Sunday per month, generally the first. As a reminder, with “ Paris Breathes“, Paris City Hall hopes to reduce fine particle emissions. And since October 2018, the car-free perimeter has been extended to 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th arrondissements of Paris allowing pedestrians to fully enjoy the center of the capital.
