No preferential treatment for the elected representatives of the Republic. Scheduled for 9 a.m., the hearing supposed to judge the author of the death threats against the mayor of Montoir-de-Bretagne, Thierry Noguet, began more than an hour late this Friday, November 22, 2024. He was tried at the Saint-Nazaire court.
A hearing which took the form of an appearance on prior admission of guilt (CRPC). No return to the facts, recognized by the defendant, but a debate around the requisition of the public prosecutor of Saint-Nazaire.
This demands that the perpetrator pay €1,000 in damages to Thierry Noguet, with a ban on his presence in the town and on contact with the elected official for the next three years.
