Finally, Sylvain Lesbats and Charles Malabirade (Portet) obtained third place on the podium, with their Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh sec – a great first in the history of the auction – sold for €5,000.
The other selected winemakers: Jean-François and Benjamin Gieusse (Madiran), Jérôme Hort (Gayon), Annette and Henri Dejoux (Viella), Alice and Paul Dabadie (Viella), Marie-Laure Plumejeaud and Roland Podenas (Aydie), Christophe Lahore (Castetpugon), Hervé Cazenave (Arrosès), Eric Labat (Aurions Idernes), André Micas (Viella), Magalie and Sébastien Kadenbach (Viella).
