He had started this Polish rally with a bang but Tänak quickly calmed down this Friday, victim of an abandonment after hitting… a deer at high speed in special no. 2. Mikkelsen then took over the lead where two stages were stopped following safety problems with spectators.
We can also note a good performance from Sesks who this evening is in fifth place overall in a Ford Puma Rally1 without the hybrid system, which was also on the provisional podium for a long time.

Tänak will be the first to set off on the tracks tomorrow ahead of Katsuta Neuville Munster Sesks Fourmaux Evans Rovanperä and Mikkelsen.
