Friday November 22 at 8:30 p.m. “Voix d’Encre” concert at the St Hippolyte collegiate church. This choral suite, performed by the vocal and orchestral ensemble Le Tourdion (40 choristers), pays homage to the Jura writers Marcel Aymé, Bernard Clavel and André Besson. Under the direction of Florence Grandclément, with music by Erwann Chandon and texts by Annie Abriel, the work offers a musical journey around five universal themes: childhood, nature, work, peace and infinity. Saturday November 23 from 8 p.m. at the Espace Pasteur, as part of the Solidarity Festival, Arbois welcomes the group “Mannish Boys”, from its German twin town Hausach with its repertoire of international rock covers. This evening, organized jointly by the FestiSol collective, the twinning committee and the town of Arbois, celebrates the ties of friendship between the two towns. Beers and pretzels will be offered while the Youth Sector will provide light meals and non-alcoholic drinks. Concert begins at 9 p.m. FREE ENTRANCE.
