The submission of applications opens this Wednesday, on the sidelines of the very first International Engagement Gala, which is being held at the University of Quebec at Chicoutimi (UQAC). The scholarship will provide a helping hand in the organization of a global citizenship education project in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, particularly on the promotion of learning achieved internationally and the spin-offs positive for communities.

Two members of the CSI-SLSJ work team, a person sitting on the board of directors and the presidency of the Central Council will have the task of choosing a winner. Feasibility, relevance of the themes, outreach and the number of people affected will be the criteria evaluated by the selection committee. Having had international experience is the only criterion to be eligible.
Entries will close on December 20, while the winner will be announced on January 20. He will have until August 31 to carry out the project in question.
