consultant, spoke the day after the draw of the French team against Poland (1-1), during this Euro 2024. He notably returned to the case of Kylian Mbappéwho does not seem to be at his level since the start of the competition.
“If he has a hybrid position? But he’s the one who wants to play there. He does what he wants ! Then there was talk of a possible repositioning on the left wing:
“Will we find the real Mbappe as a left winger? I don’t know because when he played on the left at PSG, they said that it was Luis Enrique who stuck him there too much, that he wasn’t free enough. When he plays in the center, it’s not his position… Where should he play? When he plays on the left, guys need to stop putting him on the left because when they defend, he doesn’t come.
