Update evening at Apple. The manufacturer is indeed delivering new versions for iOS, iPadOS, macOS and visionOS. These are maintenance updates, of course, but they are nonetheless important because they correct serious security issues.
The servers will heat up on the sideApplewhich is delivering a batch of updates this evening: iOS 18.1.1, iPadOS 18.1.1, macOS Sequoia 15.1.1 and visionOS 2.1.1. Of course, these are not major new versions for these operating systems. However, it would be wrong not to download and install them as soon as possible, because they correct security vulnerabilities.
Apple unfortunately does not give any details (for the moment!) on the nature of these fixes. We'll come back to this as soon as the support page has been updated. Take advantage of this to grab these new versions! On iPhone, iPad, Mac and Vision Pro, simply go to Settings > General > Software Update.
