In September, the role-playing game GreedFall II: The Dying World was released in Early Access.
Players found many flaws in it. The developers accepted the claims and said that in the fall of 2024 the first major update would be released, in which they would improve some elements of GreedFall II: The Dying World, taking into account player feedback. But their plans have changed.
Here's what we know
The French studio Spiders indicated that the release of the patch has been postponed for a few months. The developers needed more time to improve the game, especially since the scope of work was larger than they had originally planned.
The developers promise to add several important new features, introduce a new region – Olima, the city of stars – and an additional companion character with unique skills.
GreedFall II will also feature a new story and additional tasks, as well as changes to the combat system, including improvements to animation and gameplay fluidity.
Players will still have a lot to discover, but the release date for the GreedFall II: The Dying World update has not yet been revealed.
