Last April, singer Kendji Girac was rushed to hospital after being shot in the chest. The Mont-de-Marsan prosecutor, in charge of the investigation, has just delivered his verdict.
Two months after the tragedy which almost cost Kendji Girac his life, the investigation has just delivered its verdict. According to BFM TV, the prosecutor of Mont-de-Marsan, Olivier Jeanson, spoke in a press release to provide news of the investigation. It has been established that Kendji Girac is indeed the author of the shot which he suffered on the night of April 21 to 22 and which led to him being hospitalized for several days.
The announcement was made this Monday, June 24. Thus, the intervention of a third party is completely excluded. It is also specified that Kendji Girac’s action is attributed to consumption of alcohol and drugs on the part of the artist. The investigation is therefore now closed.
