Walid Regragui decided to cancel the press conference before the match, scheduled for Monday, against Lesotho at the Oujda municipal stadium, on the sidelines of the 6th day of the CAN 2025 qualifiers.

This decision was taken due to limited time as the Atlas Lions arrived this Saturday in Oujda, from Franceville, Gabon. The national team will have a training session on Sunday at 6 p.m. at the Saidia training center. This session will be open to the media for 15 minutes.

After the match against Lesotho, Walid Regragui will speak to the press in the conference room at the Oujda stadium.

As a reminder, the Moroccan football selection largely dominated its counterpart from Gabon by 5 goals to 1, in a disputed match, Friday evening at the Franceville stadium, on behalf of the fifth day of group B of the World Cup qualifiers. Africa of Nations (Morocco-2025).

After four victories in a row, the Atlas Lions, who had conceded only one goal since the start of these qualifiers, were dealing with a selection which was seeking both to make up for its last defeat in the first leg and above all celebrate with his supporters his qualification for the CAN.
