Bottom Dollar’s Primes DLC will be available this Tuesday
The next update of GTA Online will add the DLC for free this Tuesday, June 25 Bottom Dollar Primes on PC and PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles. This update will offer, among other things, a new bounty hunter business and new police missions aboard a new fleet of cop cars.
GTA Online Update Content: Bottom Dollar Bounties
Here is a list of the different content that has been announced by Rockstar Games and which will be present in Tuesday’s GTA Online summer update. Some content may not be available when the DLC launches Bottom Dollar Primes and that they will be added in the coming weeks and months drop by drop.
- New bounty hunter business: Collaborate with bounty hunter Maude Eccles who has been tracking criminals for more than 10 years in Los Santos where she already gave bounty hunting missions to Trevor in the previous opus of the saga, GTA 5. This collaboration is will do with a new building to purchase and Maude’s daughter, Jenette.
- New police missions: Vincent Effenburger, the police officer who recently asked for your help in bringing down a drug cartel and corrupt cops in the mission series Raid de l’usine Cluckin’ Bell, needs your services again on an unofficial basis. To launch them, you will have to board one of your police cars, reminiscent of self-defense missions in the 3D era of Grand Theft Auto.
- At least 8 new cars will be available: 8 vehicles can be seen in the update trailer which was released last Tuesday, this includes new police cars and the Overflod Pipistrello super sports car which will be available for free to GTA+ members with one week early access . There will certainly be other vehicles in this GTA Online DLC and some will certainly be available after the launch drop by drop via the various events of the week. - GTA Online Improvements:
- The snack stock fills up at the start of most missions.
- Improved defensive capabilities and armor for the helicopter Sparrow and the plane Bombushka.
- Increased base gains in Taxi Missions, Ultralight Races, and most Contact Missions.
- Longer timer in Biker Selling and Bunker missions to fully sell goods solo.
- Activities editor improvements:
- New decorative elements, including NPCs going around in circles, good guys in lowriders, crowd animations…
- Possibility of testing a particular crossing point.
- Ability to add laps in drag races.
- Customization workshop in the GTA+ garage : The Vinewood Car Clubthe 100-space garage which is reserved for GTA+ members, will be equipped with a customization workshop to directly personalize your cars and motorcycles without having to leave the building.
- New drift vehicles: 3 cars already present in GTA Online will be compatible with drift tuning with this DLC. These are the Ubermacht Cypher, the Ubermacht Sentinel Classic and the Vulcar Nebula Turbo.
GTA Online Update Pre-Download Available on PlayStation
Players on PlayStation consoles can now pre-download the GTA Online summer update, saving a lot of time with the catastrophic update system on PlayStation. Here is the size of the update depending on your platform:
- PlayStation 5 : 2,589 Go
- PlayStation 4 : 3,467 Go
On other platforms, particularly on Xbox, the summer update will undoubtedly be heavier. Indeed, unlike Sony consoles which only download the files to modify but take an extremely long time to apply the modifications file by file; on Microsoft consoles this is done differently with a download by folder which directly replaces an entire folder to modify only one file, this saves a lot of time on installation. It would therefore not be surprising if the update on Xbox weighed between 5 and 10 GB.
